Time 4 Intra Workout is our Branch Chain Amino Acid Formula which contains a 2:2:1 ratio blend of Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine with added Glutamine, Glycine, Citrulline Malate, Electrolytes and Vitamin B6.

Each 14g serving of Intra Workout contains 8g of BCAAs, all you need to do is add some water to the formula and shake.
